What do we need to make paper recycled?


-used paper, we can use any type except the one that is plasticized.


-scissors to cut the paper into small pieces.


-a large plastic or metal container.


-a powerful blender.


-a colander.


-a sponge.


-a mesh and old fabrics.


How can we make paper recycled?

At first we have to cut the paper in small pieces, then we should put the pieces in the large container and add twice as hot water as paper. Let it soak for a while so that the paper absorbs the water well.

To continue, we have to mix everything well and grind up to get a paste. Then, to make it we need a powerful blender. When we have the pasta ready, placed it in the colander and rinse it with cold water. We drain again to remove excess water. Now you have to spread the paper pulp in a mesh with the help of a spoon. We have to give it the size we want our folio.

This can be very fun, help them with a roller to facilitate the task. After that, pass a sponge to dry the water well. Turn the sheet on a cloth, previously moistened, and pass the sponge again without removing the mesh, then, remove the mesh and cover with another cloth so that the recycled paper dries perfectly in all sides. Finally, put weight to avoid being wavy.
After a few hours or the next day, the paper will be dry and we will have created a beautiful folio of homemade recycled paper. Now we can use it and paint or write on it.
